March Mussels and Chowder, Island Style Saturday Mar 2
Take a trip to Whidbey Island to visit the Penn Cove Mussel Festival, with a 3 hour stay in Coupeville that includes a boat tour to the mussel pens. Also check out Captain Whidbey’s Hotel, a walk across the Deception Pass bridge, and a ½ hour ferry ride.

April Tulip Festival, La Conner, and more
Choose one of the first 3 Saturdays in April to visit the Tulip capital of North America, The Skagit Valley Tulip Festival. A popular tour, you’ll love the flowers, farms, and quaint town of La Conner. You may even see some migratory snow geese, bald eagles, or trumpeter swans as we drive through a migratory bird santuary on the way. People come from all over the United States to visit this festival
July Lavender Farms Galore, we have 2 very different festivals
San Juan Island Lavender Festival – Includes a beautiful ferry ride through the San Juan Islands. You’ll visit the Pelindaba Lavender Farm, then have 2 hours in the fun ferry town of Friday Harbor with time for shopping and lunch.
Sequim Lavender Farm Faire Festival – Visit 3 different lavender farms in Sequim, and enjoy the sights, smells, crafts, and foods that are all about lavender.
October Oktoberfest in our Northwest Bavaria
Leavenworth has the most outragiously fun beer festival around. Check out www.leavenworth.com/festivals. If you’re not into beer, this wonderful Bavarian town and the beautiful drive through the Cascade Mountains in autumn is reason enough to join us! The last tour before winter, this is a fun and memorable day.
December Christmas Town Lighting Festival
The holidays are magical when you visit this festival. Beautiful Bavaria, totally lit up at night. Leavenworth doesn’t just light up a tree, they do up the whole town! 5 hours of shopping, eating, singing, sleigh rides, crafts, and merriment round out the days possibilities and leave you with fond memories.
